What are you particularly proud of – professionally and/or personally?
I’m proud to see how DataDiggers has grown from a small, ambitious idea into a globally trusted research partner. We’ve built an entire ecosystem of research technologies — from MyVoice and Brainactive to Syntheo and Modeliq — that make insights faster, more affordable, and more accessible for everyone. Personally, I’m proud that we’ve achieved this growth without losing our authenticity or human touch.
What would your colleagues say about you?
That I’m driven, curious, and that I never settle for “good enough.” I’m passionate about challenging our team to continuously innovate, whether that means refining data quality or reimagining how insights can be made faster, smarter, and more accessible.
How do you relax after a long day at work?
I like to spend time in my garden — it’s my favorite way to unwind and reconnect with something tangible after a day full of data and deadlines. There’s something very grounding about tending to plants; it reminds me that growth, whether in nature or in business, takes care, patience, and consistency.

Which person (professionally or personally) has influenced you the most, and why?
My first mentor in research taught me that accuracy and empathy must go hand in hand. That principle still guides how we design every project and every DataDiggers product — balancing technology with understanding.
What would you still like to learn?
I’d love to deepen my understanding of behavioral data science — especially how AI models like Correlix and Modeliq can simulate real-world decisions and improve predictive accuracy.
Favorite book and/or favorite podcast?
Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman — it’s timeless for anyone who works with human behavior and data. It reminds me that even with all our tech, market research is still about people.
Which gadget is always on your desk?
My laptop, of course — it’s my link to our global team, our clients, and all the incredible platforms we’ve built. And my notebook, because some ideas still start best on paper.
Your favorite place to work?
Anywhere that fosters focus and curiosity — sometimes our Bucharest HQ, other times a quiet spot at home or a coffee shop. The flexibility of our digital platforms lets me collaborate seamlessly with teams and clients across continents.
What is something that nobody really knows about you?
I have a real passion for making bread — there’s something meditative about working with dough and watching it rise. One day, I’d love to open a small artisan bakery, just for the joy of sharing something I’ve created with my own hands.
What could you never do without?
The amazing people behind DataDiggers. Technology drives what we do, but it’s our team’s commitment to transparency, precision, and curiosity that keeps us moving forward.
What will we always find in your fridge?
Sparkling water, dark chocolate with chilli, and any kind of fruit — the perfect combination for late-night brainstorming sessions.
What is something you would really love to do – but haven’t dared yet?
A full week completely offline. Take a long trip with my family, somewhere completely new, where we can slow down, discover a different culture, and just enjoy being together. I’d probably come back with a suitcase full of handcrafted jewelry and local stories to tell.
What is your greatest happiness?
Seeing our clients succeed thanks to insights we helped uncover — especially when they tell us, “You helped us make the right decision at the right time.” That’s what drives me.
Who or what are you a fan of?
I’m a fan of innovators — people and companies who see technology as a tool for inclusion, not disruption. That mindset inspires a lot of what we do at DataDiggers.
Who was your teenage celebrity crush?
Leonardo DiCaprio — Titanic made an impression! I admired his drive and how he constantly reinvents himself, which probably explains my fascination with innovation today.
What was your dream job as a child? And why did you end up in market research instead?
I wanted to be a journalist because I loved asking questions and discovering patterns in stories. In a way, I became one — only now I ask questions through data, uncovering the stories behind numbers.
What should we definitely have asked you – but didn’t?
Perhaps: “How do you see market research evolving?” — Because that’s our daily challenge and passion. We’re shaping a future where research is not just faster or cheaper, but more intelligent, ethical, and inclusive — powered by technology, yet grounded in human understanding.
