Press Release
August 11, 2026

DataDiggers is heading to Valencia for ESOMAR Congress 2026, taking place September 1–4 at the Palacio de Congresos de Valencia.
This year’s theme, Metamorphosis, explores how the insights industry is evolving through new technologies, methodologies and ways of thinking.
We’ll be there as exhibitors throughout the event.
You can find DataDiggers at Stand #21, on the ground floor, where our team will be ready to discuss research challenges, new approaches and the role technology can play in delivering faster, more reliable insights.
Representing DataDiggers in Valencia will be:
Daniel Dunose — CEO, DataDiggers
Paula Elena Pislaru — COO, DataDiggers
Issam Ali — Global Growth Manager, DataDiggers
For us, Congress is an opportunity to exchange ideas with the international research community and explore where our industry is heading.
We combine research expertise, proprietary panels, advanced digital infrastructure and AI-supported solutions to help brands and agencies move faster without losing sight of methodology, respondent quality or data integrity.
Our contribution to Congress will go beyond the exhibition floor.
On September 2 at 11:10 AM, Issam Ali will take the Discovery Stage to present new research:
We talk constantly about transformation in market research.
New technologies.
New methodologies.
AI.
New forms of data and analysis.
But one of the most important changes may be happening somewhere else: in the way researchers think.
Our presentation explores what happens when we deliberately challenge familiar approaches and give ourselves permission to ask...
What if we try this instead?
What happens when we step away from established methods? Which assumptions still hold? What can we learn when an alternative approach succeeds — or fails?
The session will share what happened when we tested that mindset in practice, including the results, the challenges and the lessons it revealed.
Because meaningful transformation is not simply about adopting another technology.
It is also about knowing when to question established ways of working.
That idea reflects how we approach innovation at DataDiggers.
Technology can accelerate research. AI can support survey design, analysis and interpretation. Synthetic data can complement traditional research in appropriate use cases. Advanced modeling can help researchers explore scenarios and test assumptions.
But new does not automatically mean better.
Any new method should still answer fundamental questions:
Is it methodologically sound?
Can we explain how it works?
Do we understand its limitations?
Can clients trust the conclusions?
For DataDiggers, innovation and research rigor need to move together.
If you’re attending ESOMAR Congress 2026, come and meet Daniel, Paula and Issam at Stand #21 on the ground floor.

Sometimes transformation starts with technology.
Sometimes it starts with a question:
What if we try this instead?
See you in Valencia.
