Getting to know DataDiggers - Ioana Stanescu (Finance Associate)

𝗜𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗮, our 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 has just finished the first year of college at the Academy of Economic Studies and is the youngest member of our team! She loves to learn new things every day and her enthusiasm makes us want to be better too! In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her loved ones!

What does success mean to you?

For me, success is the moment when you exceed your limits, you constantly evolve as a person and you start a family.

Is there something new that you have learned in the last 2-3 years, in your career, or in your daily life, which you find is important?

I learned that you have to be patient in everything you do, and that people can change easily.

Why did you choose to work in the market research industry?

I choose to work in the market research industry because I think it is an area of the future, with a lot of potential for myself to learn new things everyday.

What was your ‘dream career’ when you were little?

When I was little, my dream career was to become a police officer.


What do you think is the most important thing in life?

The most important thing in life is to live a healthy life and always do what makes you happy.

What are you planning to do in your next vacation?

In my next vacation I would like to relax near the sea with my boyfriend.

What is making you get up from bed even when you have a bad day?

The fact that I will see my co-workers makes me get up from bed every morning.

What are your dearest memories, some that you always think of with joy?

I will always remember the time before I became an adult, because I had no worries and I could always enjoy my free time whenever I wanted.

If you could change something from the past, make a different decision, what would it be and why?

Fortunately, I always made the right choices in life.


If you could go anywhere in the world, at any time in the past, what would that be and why?

Probably, I would love to be again in Cyprus with my friends for Erasmus Project.

Can you name one hobby that you really enjoy?

I choose to spend my free time playing tennis.

What was the most important challenge you had to go through in your career?

The most important challenge in my career was to go to work and study for my University exams.
