He finds it very interesting, as he gets to learn new things, and what he enjoys most is that even his small contribution helps in bringing innovation and change, making a real difference.
What does work in the market research industry mean to you?
For me, working in the market research industry means facilitating innovation and change.
From whom in the market research industry have you learned most in your career?
I have learned the most from my mentors, Sanu and Joey, from my previous company.
If you were able to bring someone in our DataDiggers team, who would that person be and why do you think they'd be great for our company?
I would probably bring Parag Sharma. He is a fast learner and can cope up quick with different bidding scenarios.
Thinking about your career, what is the achievement you are most proud of?
Being part of the DataDiggers team at such a young age is an important achievement for me.
What does success mean to you?
Self-esteem, self-sufficiency, peer recognition. I think these sum up what success is, at least in my opinion.
What do you do to move forward in the profession you have chosen?
I do everything in my power to keep moving forward and to improve my skills.
Is there something new that you have learned in the last 2-3 years, in your career, or in your daily life, which you find is important?
Understand your client’s requirements, research scope, and when quoting the price of the study try to walk in your clients’ shoes.
If you were able to meet yourself, at the moment when you first got hired, what advice would you give to your younger self?
Be patient because everything will come to you eventually.
Why did you choose to work in the market research industry?
Because what I do here actually makes a difference, brings change and innovation out there.
What do you think is the most important thing in life?
The most important thing in life, at least for me is to live an honest and independent life.
