Happy Women's Week, dear ladies!
As we celebrate Women's Day this week – officially on the 8th of March, we are reminded of the vital role women play in research (but not limited to it).

This is only a tiny portion of what we should do to ensure that women have more opportunities in the field of market research:
🤝 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙡: Businesses should hire, promote, and pay female and male workers equally.
📚 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Women should have the opportunity to learn and progress in their roles.
✨ 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚: Giving all employees equal chances should be a part of a company's diversity and inclusion culture - regardless of gender.
💰 𝙋𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙮 𝙜𝙖𝙥: Businesses should review their pay structures to ensure that women are paid fairly and equally for their work - at the same level as men.
