Field Coordinator APAC
Main tasks
  1. Handling incoming quantitative and qualitative quotation requests in an accurate and timely fashion, looking to convert as much as possible of them into projects

  2. Conducting the fieldwork stage for different online market research surveys, including all aspects: specifications checking, quota setting, sample pulling, invitations deployment, field monitoring and invoicing

  3. Managing project’s budget

Work schedule

From 5 AM to 2 PM IST, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, except all official public holidays

  1. At least 2-3 year of sales experience in online market research, selling online panels and/ or project management experience in online market research

  2. Have experience in selling to large multinational clients such as Ipsos, Kantar, GfK, Nielsen etc.

  3. Have a good knowledge of the limitations related to running surveys using online panels – difficult to reach targets, sensitive topics, PII collection, challenging quotas etc.

  4. Have a proven successful track record (clients won, numbers reached etc.)

  5. Be fluent in English

  6. Be a team player, tenacious, positive, proactive, with a strong “can do” attitude, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the same time, permanently self-improving own skills

  7. Be able to perform without continuous supervision or tasks received on a daily/weekly basis

You get a serious plus for
  1. Having experience in working with international clients

  2. Having an excellent understanding and past experience in selling the following qualitative research methods: product test (iHUT), online diary, online community, online focus group, online IDIs and surveys that run on mobile apps

  3. Having experience in project management within the market research industry

  4. Being fluent or having excellent command of another international language besides English

  5. Knowing your way with Gmail

  6. Providing us with any written recommendations from peers or clients
